I'm new to Pharaoh, but C3 afficionados will possibly recognise my login name as a fairly experienced (deified 11 times!) C3 player. I'm currently playing through North Dahshur - the first real pyramid - and I've got the 'island' by the Nile set up as my industrial/agriculture section. Deciding to export limestone, I built a storage yard set to 'Get Maximum' limestone and - nothing happened! I'd arranged things so that the guys who seek out the workers in this storage yard sector didn't have far to go, and indeed, all the other yards were happily fully-staffed and working. When I clicked on the 'Problems' button there was no-one looking for workers (he couldn't have slipped into the Senet house for a quick beer, because there wasn't one).
I had sufficient unemployed workers, and as I said, housing strategically placed to supply labour . I tried setting another supply yard to 'Get Maximum' limestone, and within a minute it too lost its labour - and the chap who goes looking! I tried setting the first supply yard to a different product, lo and behold, it got workers immediately.

I re-started the game from the start, with a different layout, and exactly the same thing happened. It's not a case of the citizen-who-seeks-out-workers not passing housing, it's a case of he never goes looking in the first place!
Is this a bug, or is there some simple factor that I'm missing? P.S. I love the market trader - very saucy!
