Hello, Fox!
I guess that means you have too many docks
. It isn't a good idea in Pharaoh to have multiple docks - one optimized docking area disconnected from the city, with one or two adjacent docks, is able to handle all sea trade you may have in any Pharaoh mission.Don't ask me why, but ships always seem to visit all docks, even if they have already bought and sold all they could - and wait in a line in front of each, if there are too many ships around. The only occassion when I saw them leave after visiting only one dock was precisely when I wanted to use this feature and built two disconnected docks, where each of them had only goods for one trade route available. When ship came to the wrong dock first, it left at once .Disconnecting the docking area from the rest of the city (using getting SY to move goods to and from that area) gives you the benefit of short distances the dockers travel; that speeds up the trade incredibly. Otherwise they go too far, and lose time while the ship is docked and other ships waiting for the dock to become free.
BTW, you will need to optimize docks for the next missions, if you don't want to be in Rostja forever... the pyramid there is quite large, and you are importing limestone. These issues were discussed extensively in the past... Make a search on "Dock optimization" in this forum, and look at threads about "Dahshur" and "Rostja" to find some more tips for import and transportation of stone.
Hope this helps - good luck!
