Topic Subject:Cart pushers "appear" to return bought goods to ship

It appears that cart pushers are returning bought goods back to the ship. I think they really drop them off at a SY, but I'm not positive of this. They wouldn't be carrying excess goods to the yards and returning them would they? I'm Baffled Kentavious

I think your second guess is correct. If there is any import demand (even just for 100 goods), the dock will load 3 full carts of the good and send them off to the SY. Only the demanded goods will be off-loaded in the SY; the rest just get carried out and back.
