Greetings, fellow Citizens!
I have a question regarding the levels of citizens' dialogues in Caesar 3.
When everything's fine in your city (no employment problems, enough entertainment, gods happy etc.), the dialogues from various citizens vary between "things are OK" and "things are great".
One example from the actor's dialog:
- Things are OK: "This city isn't too bad"
- Things are great: "Life here is simply adorable".
What I haven't been able to figure out is what causes them from switching between OK and great.
In Pharaoh, when there are no obvious problems (employment, entertainment, gods etc.), citizens have one set of dialogs signifying everything's great.
A few things that may have an impact on these seem to be:
- City wide coverage of entertainment venues.
- Full granaries.
But I've noticed that even with these criteria fulfilled, the citizens' mood keeps swinging between "OK" and "great".
I've tried lowering taxes to 0%, set wages +12 above what Rome pays, throwing festivals, but they still keep switching between the two moods.
Does anyone know if there are any specific criteria in Caesar 3 which causes citizens from switching between "OK" and "great"?
