Well, I'm sure you guys know I am an AOE, AOK, veteran. When I signed up the AOEH and AOKH forums, I created a clan(EPS) with my friend in the Zone. Since I "cocreated" the clan, I called myself EPS_CoCreator. I signed up with my zone name, and here I am.

My computers all have gem names, so I thought I would have one too. Since I'm kind of used to an exotic initial (Yvette is my real name), I came up with Xaphire as an alias. This in turn is modified to Xaphertiti to fit the Egyptian mood I'm in... Xaphertiti Hail to thee, O Nile! Who manifests thyself over this land, and comes to give life to Egypt! From: Hymn to the Nile, c. 2100 BCE

Well, I'm not gonna explain again, how I chose the name DET, cause I've done that in a similar thread in this forum and the C3 forum and the Quake forum etc...
I am too lazy to chose a new name for any new game, soin the forums I am always plain DET but in the game itself I use variations of my name, like DET ANCH AMUN (guess we see him in the mission disk) for Pharaoh or DET MAXIMUS in C3.
When "quaking" I am only "DET" and given my abilities, I am mostly that (dead).
In RPG'S, playing a monk I call myself HOLY DET (the pope won't like it) or any variations depending on character class. (my favorite was NUCLEAR DET in Bard's tale 3..Those were the days...when my monk could hit with his bare hands for 900 damage points, which was the equivalent to the very popular "nuke" spell..
There you are
DET

Caesar3 Heaven was the first Heaven forum I joined. In fact it was the first forum I had ever joined, period. Because the forum was oriented to Roman times I reached back into my Latin training many years ago to come up with a Romanesque sounding member's name.
Hoping I hadn't butchered Latin gender or syntax too badly, I came up with 'Civis Romanus' which I believe means very simply, Citizen of Rome in the male gender. It so happens it also is the title of a latin reader I used way back in those latin classes of my sophomore year in high school. I may even have that book somewhere still, though only my subconscious and the Eternal would know why.
Anyway, that's my story...

I came up with the Name just after I got online last August. I got it off a SW episode I CDROM. I was using it for another forum and liked it so much I kept it as a universal name, for every site I go on. I use Nebhotep on Pharaoh (roughly translated as Satisfied Lord). I almost always use a similar password for every site I go on.

Why be a Pharaoh if you can be a goddess.
I just picked it one day. I was sure that it was already taken. I was very surprised when it wasn't.
By the way, does anyone remember the old tv show about Isis? It was on the same time as Shazam.
